"In 2007, I was targeted out of millions of other people for chatting on an FBI-created fantasy/role-play chatroom where adults advertised that they wanted to "role-play as young girls" who undercover agents showed me were pretty young women (adult decoys, not actual minors) and that it was protected by Freedom of Speech.

Popular authors, such as Richard Laymon and Charlee Jacob, often feature such content. Hollywood directors make millions off movies featuring flat-chested porn models playing underage girls. 

How am I public enemy #1 for using mere sexual innuendo for a few minutes in a role-play chatroom? No one would reasonably believe the participants were actual minors in such context, so they decontextualized my words.

The Govt. never found any kind of pornography on any of my devices. The police goaded me into sending two ambiguous nude images for the expressly stated reason of "proving I wasn't a cop" to the female officer who called me and was trying to seduce me. 

I even provided the court with medical records proving that my severe OCD at the time was causing sexual dysfunction from ego-dystonic thinking, a well-known symptom. Yet, I was socially isolated and vulnerable at the time after shunning all my friends for drug use.

Sending images that do not involve sex acts to prove I wasn't a cop to a female officer trying to seduce me does not show a criminal predisposition as required in sting operations.

And the two images were only illegal by reason of the camera angle, an esoteric factor difficult to understand. In addition, I had reported child pornography on this network to the International World Federation before my arrest, but they plainly created this network to entrap and frame people by any means possible. They generate arrest statistics and get more funding.

In fact, I was initially sending patrons to my online ministry and anti-narcotics website. I really don't like to use profanity at all. OCD is associated with a strong overbearing conscience.

Most nations do not allow police stings at all because they have too much power to exclude exculpatory evidence from the record. Americans are extremely naive and idolize the justice department, giving them carte blanch to do as they please." - Jason Kokinda

"I was then retaliated against with a dozen retaliatory prosecutions and an epic smear campaign to obstruct and undermine my lawsuits. The government intentionally publishes vague and extremely misleading information coldly calculated to injure me and scare the public.

This is a draft of the recent petition filed in the U.S. Supreme Court. It proves that the attorneys failed to properly raise the claims that required acquittal as a matter of law in the only malicious prosecution leading to a conviction, the only one where the court barred self-representation.
